Jumper's Knee is a term used to describe patellar tendinitis. This problem comes about when there is excessive loading/stress to the patellar tendon. The idea is to lower the intensity/loading/stress to this region at first to lower the symptoms/pain. Then, progressively adapt the patellar tendon/muscles that have fascial connections to the patellar tendon to ultimately improve the capacity to withstand more stress
