Refund Policy

Customers may receive a refund on particular products or services when applicable:

1. The Untapped Mobility Program  - must email accountability tracker and self-assessment tool (before and after) for review to consider refund within 30 days of purchase

2. Knee Program within 30 days of purchase

3. Low Back Program within 30 days of purchase

4. Shoulder Program within 30 days of purchase

**UPON REFUND OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS OR THE ABILITY TO VIEW ANY CONTENTS WITHIN ANY PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED PRODUCT OR SERVICE***
