Also, when he would perform his deadlifts, his flexibility issues at his hamstrings led to his low back to compensate for the movement, and ultimately, developed low back pain.
These issues led to months and months of chronic muscle & joint stiffness, aches, and pains. Also, his workouts were drastically effected.
What was the fix? Addressing his mobility problems with specific exercises to improve his flexibility and decrease his compensations!
