ABOUT DR. NICK, PT, DPT, CSCS, FRCms, FR, SFMA

Hey! I'm Dr. Nick Buonforte. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength  & Conditioning Specialist, I’ve helped thousands of active adults with chronic aches and pains & injuries, overcome physical limitations and recover so they can continue to do what they love!

I know firsthand how frustrating it is to deal with nagging aches & pains. I’ve personally struggled with chronic low back pain & flexibility issues for the majority of my life. My mobility issues led to a slew of nagging aches and pains. It wasn’t until I held myself accountable for my joint health, did I really make progress & finally got rid of my pain & improved in my flexibility.

When I first graduated, I thought the traditional healthcare model was great. Not only did I quickly realize this traditional system is broken, I knew people deserved better. The traditional healthcare system treats symptoms, which only gives short term relief. You want to address the root cause of the problem, so you can make long term changes. Strategically addressing the root cause of the problem, you not only get relief but you keep your progress!

My mission is to help as many people as I can get out of chronic injuries, aches & pains doing the right things without wasting time in the wrong direction.
