Hi! My name is Dr. Nick Buonforte, PT, CSCS, SFMA, FMT, FR, FRCms.
I'm a Orthopedic Physical Therapist and the founder of OBAVOS. I've helped hundreds of clients get out of pain, recover from injuries, improve their mobility & flexibility so they can excel in what they love to do.
I didn’t always know that many problems that arise in the body, such as muscle & joint pain, lingering aches and pains, are a result from lacking optimal mobility in your joints.
I've personally struggled with on/off injuries, muscle and joint pain that really got in the way of the things I love to do, which left me feeling super frustrated. I found myself running in circles with the insurmountable information out there trying to fix my mobility to ultimately solve these issues. But, I always came up short of lasting results, leaving me feeling hopeless. After receiving my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and continuing my education as a mobility specialist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and more, I finally discovered the solution to solve my mobility problems, which then finally solved my low back pain, hip pain, knee pain, and got me moving the best I’ve ever moved in years.
