Hey! I'm Dr. Nick, the founder of OBAVOS. If you are anything like me, you're probably wondering where OBAVOS came from. OBAVOS derives its name from three latin words, which when combined, stand for "invest in you." 

This really resonates with me, because in life, with whatever you do or want, taking the time to invest in yourself will ultimately get you to where you want to be. 

Most important background:

  • I am a pretty simple guy. I genuinely enjoy helping people get what they desire. I am here to guide you through the frustrating battle with the human body to ultimately achieve what you want! 
  • I love working out, playing tennis, and riding my bike!
  • I love spending time with my wife - Danielle, my daughter - Charlee, and my dog - Lilly.

  • Received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) 
  • Exercise Science with a concentration in exercise physiology (Bachelors Degree)
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
  • Functional Range Conditioning Specialist (FRCms)
